  • A.When service providers, airports or customs security checks discover prohibited, infringing or over-restricted products, resulting in the seizure of goods, prohibition of import or return of parcels, they will not accept compensation and reserve the right to hold the sender accountable.
  • A.服务商、机场、海关安检时发现违禁品、侵权产品或超限制产品导致扣货、禁止进口或退运的包裹,均不受理赔偿,并且保留追究发件人责任的权利;
  • B. Due to the numerous uncontrollable factors in cross-border logistics, under no circumstances shall KEC be liable to the customer for any kind of loss, damage, destruction, loss, confiscation, demurrage or failure to perform obligations arising from force majeure events. There is no compensation in the following situations:
  • B.由于跨境物流无法控制因素较多,在任何情况下,因不可抗力事件而产生的任何种类的任何丢失、损坏、毁坏、损失、罚没、滞期费或未履行义务,KEC不向客户承担任何责任。以下情况均无赔偿:
  • a) Social abnormal events (including but not limited to such as strikes, riots, wars, terrorist activities, public health emergencies, major epidemics, plagues, etc.);
  • a)社会异常事件(包括但不限于如罢工、骚乱、战争、恐怖主义活动、公共卫生事件、重大流行病、瘟疫等);
  • b) Natural disasters (including but not limited to such as snowstorms, hail, fires, floods, mudslides, earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, power outages, natural disasters, etc.);
  • b)自然灾害(包括但不限于如暴风雪、冰雹、火灾、洪水、泥石流、地震、海啸、台风、停电、天灾等);
  • c) Any government actions (including but not limited to such as expropriation, requisition, restraining orders, control, measures, etc.);
  • c)任何政府行为(包括但不限于如征收、征用、限制令、管制、措施等);
  • d) Including but not limited to accidental traffic accidents, amendments to regulations and policies, acts, decisions or orders of judicial authorities, delays in customs inspection, customs detention, flight delays and other unforeseeable, unavoidable and uncontrollable circumstances or events;
  • d)包括但不限于意外交通事故、法规政策 的修改、司法机关的行为、决定或命令、海关查验延误、海关扣关、航班延误及其他不可预见、不可避免且无法控制的情况或事件;
  • e) No damages will be compensated for fragile items.
  • e)易碎品不接受任何损坏赔偿;
  • f) For high-value goods, it is recommended that customers purchase insurance by themselves.
  • f) 高价值的货物建议客户自行购买保险。
  • C. Special statement on compensation for dedicated line services: Compensation will not be accepted under the following circumstances
  • C.专线服务赔偿附加特别申明,以下情况不受理赔偿
  • a) If the goods are detained by customs due to reasons such as value declaration, intellectual property rights, local import bans, and product certification, they are not covered by compensation. However, the sender will be assisted in submitting the relevant materials for processing
  • a) 如因价值申报、知识产权、当地禁止进口、产品认证等原因导致的海关扣货不在赔偿范围内,但会协助发件人提交资料处理理
  • b) Compensation will only be made for the loss of entire boxes or bags in accordance with our company's compensation standards. Compensation will not be accepted for the loss or damage of the contents inside
  • b) 只对整箱、整袋丢失按照我司赔偿标准赔偿,内件物品缺失、损坏不受理赔偿
