Locker Introduction
After goods arrive in HK from China warehouse, they will be delivered to a smart locker. You will receive an SMS with a pickup code. Smart lockers are safer and more flexible than pickup points.

- If your package exceeds locker limits in China warehouse, we will notify you to change delivery method. Extra fees apply.
- If package exceeds limits after arriving HK, locker company will inform us. We will notify you to change delivery method. Extra fees apply.
- SF Locker: If chosen locker is full, your package may be placed to a nearby locker. Follow SMS instructions.
- You will receive an SMS with pickup code after package is placed. Do not share your code.
- Pick up your package as soon as possible. Overdue packages will be recalled and extra storage fees will apply.
- No limit on consolidated packages.
