Shipper's Responsibilities and Commitments
The shipper or you and your authorized agent guarantee that the goods consigned comply with national laws and are acceptable to the transportation department, and do not violate the carrier's will. The company (carrier) refuses to carry prohibited items.
The shipper or you agree that the company has the right to abandon or refuse to receive items that are unsuitable for express transportation, conceal the true name and value of items intentionally or unintentionally, or are prohibited by national laws. Violators shall bear all legal and economic compensation liabilities arising therefrom.
The shipper or you and your authorized agent guarantee to accept and pay the shipping rates announced by the company and related storage, return and transshipment fees.
If any liquid or solid overflows, seeps or leaks from your goods, or due to improper packaging or the goods themselves, causing contamination or damage to other goods, the company has the right to pursue all legal and economic compensation liabilities against the shipper or you.
The company refuses all cash-on-delivery goods, except where we have agreed to collect payment on behalf of customers.
The company only accepts and processes one tracking number for one packaged item (or multiple items from one store). If the seller provides one tracking number but sends two or more packages, BUYUP Freight Forwarding Center will reject the items or, after signing, the company shall not be liable for any loss.
The [service time] mentioned on the website and APP is based on 'normal circumstances'. If encountering natural disasters, war, plague, customs inspection, flight changes or other uncontrollable special factors, the [service time] will become invalid.

Carrier's Responsibilities and Commitments
The company has the right to obtain information about the nature, name, quantity and weight of the transported items to assist relevant government departments and transportation departments in inspection or investigation.
Goods consigned through BUYUP Freight Forwarding Center will be randomly sampled. If items are found not to comply with the [Carriage Contract Terms], the company will refuse to carry them.
The company's staff have the right to inspect goods. Only after confirming that there are no prohibited items may you and your authorized agent collect the goods.
