* Flammables: nail polish, perfume, glue, etc;
* Knives over 15cm, weapons;
* Power banks, batteries over 100wh;
* Fresh food, plants, flowers, seeds;
* Unpacked powder, chemicals;
* Unknown liquids, aerosols, airbag steering wheels;
* Unlabeled medicines, controlled drugs;
* Tobacco, nicotine, e-cigarettes;
* Other illegal items;
* No counterfeit brands, food, liquids, batteries, magnets;

2. Pricing & Billing

1. Prices in CNY, include fuel surcharge.
2. No customs declaration for tax refund.
3. Billing weight: higher of actual or volumetric.
4. Single-piece only for single-piece channels.
5. Multiple items to same address may be split.

3. Declaration & Tax

1. Declare actual value. We do not pay tax.
2. Daily total value limit for same recipient/address.
3. No generic descriptions: Sample, Gift, etc.

4. Delivery

1. No delivery to offshore islands or Amazon addresses.
2. Transit time excludes weekends. Delays may occur due to customs, flight issues, etc.

5. Return & Redelivery

1. No return to China.
2. Failed delivery: UK Return fee 40CNY. Must rebook within 15 days or destroyed. Redelivery: 50CNY.

7. Compensation

1. Compensation:

① Lost before pickup: refund + 40CNY/KG if no fault of customer.
② Lost after pickup: 40CNY/KG, max 1200CNY, no freight refund.

2. No compensation:

* Recipient issues: address error, refusal;
* Natural disasters, strikes;
* Fragile/valuable items without proper packing;
* Public addresses: exhibition centers, etc.

8. Value-Added Service

1. Repack: 30CNY/box.
2. Return to seller: all costs charged to customer.
3. Special requests: extra fees apply.

9. Special Notice

* Liquid/powder needs MSDS certificate.
* Proper packing required to avoid damage/leakage.
* No irregular packing: wooden box, metal box, etc.
* No prohibited items. Fine 1500CNY per piece.
