Return Service Terms and Conditions

1. The company refuses to carry the following items:

1) Flammable, perishable or toxic, explosive, destructive, corrosive and radioactive dangerous goods;

2) Drugs or drug-related paraphernalia;

3) Obscene books, photos, sculptures or appliances;

4) Items infringing on trademarks, copyrights or intellectual property rights;

5) Currency, VAT invoices, other tax stamps or securities, valuables, antiques, precious metals;

6) Live animals, plants or seeds;

7) Letters of a communicative nature;

8) Electronic products;

9) All powders, liquids and optical discs;

10) Non-genuine/counterfeit goods. (If the customer sends non-genuine or counterfeit goods, the company will not provide any compensation regardless of whether the goods are lost);

11) Surplus foreign trade goods;

12) Goods suspected of being non-genuine brand products, such as goods claiming to be genuine but at unreasonable prices;

13) Items subject to import control by Hong Kong Customs and prohibited by Macau Customs, such as food or Chinese medicinal materials;

14) Goods that do not comply with the Hong Kong Law, the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, and other administrative regulations, departmental rules and national mandatory standards.

2. The company has the right to abandon or refuse to receive items that are unsuitable for express transportation, that intentionally or unintentionally conceal the true name and value of the items, or that are prohibited by national laws from being carried, mailed or transported. Once violated, the applicant is willing to bear all legal and economic compensation liabilities arising therefrom.

3. The shipper or you and your authorized agent guarantee to accept and pay the shipping rates announced by the company and related storage, return and transshipment fees.

4. If any liquid or solid overflows, seeps or leaks from your goods, or due to improper packaging or the goods themselves, causing contamination or damage to other goods, the company has the right to pursue all legal and economic compensation liabilities against the shipper or you.

5. The company refuses all cash-on-delivery goods.

6. BUYUP Freight Forwarding Center only accepts and processes one tracking number for one packaged item (or multiple items from one store). If the seller provides one tracking number but sends two or more packages, BUYUP Freight Forwarding Center will reject the items or, after signing, the company shall not be liable for any loss.

1. The company has the right to obtain information about the nature, name, quantity and weight of the transported items to assist relevant government departments and transportation departments in inspection or investigation.

2. Goods consigned through BUYUP Freight Forwarding Center will be randomly sampled. If items are found not to comply with the [Carriage Contract Terms], the company will refuse to carry them.

3. The company's staff have the right to inspect goods. Only after confirming that there are no prohibited items may you and your authorized agent collect the goods.
