Weight Calculation
Billed in LB (0.01lb accuracy);
Actual weight applies normally. Volumetric weight applies for oversized/light items (mattress, luggage) if single side >90cm or L+W+H ≥120cm;
Minimum charge: 1LB per order.
Customs Declaration
Goods pass customs in origin & Hong Kong. Declare truthfully to avoid delay, inspection, damage or disposal. Illegal items carry legal liability.
Packaging Service
Free repacking for oversized/irregular items to reduce volume for international shipping boxes.
- Overseas warehouses may inspect and repack parcels.
- Parcels cannot be returned once signed at overseas warehouse.
- Free storage 25 days in HK warehouse; $10/day per parcel after expiry.
- Parcels stored over 30 days will be discarded.
- Prohibited items: $50 HKD handling fee and local destruction.
