Overseas Warehouse Pre-alert

1. Purpose of declaration: Submitting item details to customs speeds up clearance, improves logistics efficiency and shortens delivery time.

2. Please select the correct origin warehouse. Wrong selection will cause shipment delay and unable to return to Hong Kong.

3. If you select the wrong warehouse, please delete and re-declare.

4. Fill in item name and quantity. Description must be in English, no blank or false names.

5. Reminder: liquids, powders, food, counterfeits and prohibited items cannot be shipped. Check prohibited items list.

6. We are not responsible for customs detention, return or fees caused by missing names or prohibited items.

7. Declare US goods in USD, Japan goods in JPY. DO NOT declare as HKD.
